EcoKinly Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your EcoKinly products. If for any reason you’re not happy, our returns policy is here to help.


Return Period

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
If you are based in the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under the EU Cooling-Off Period (details below).


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unwashed and unworn

  • With original tags (if applicable)

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at hello@ecokinly.ie with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Wait for our confirmation before sending your item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  3. Once approved, return your item to:

EcoKinly, Clohedon, Caim, Enniscorthy, Wexford, Y21H348, Rep of Ireland


Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Returns must be sent using tracked postage. We cannot process a refund for items lost in the post without proof of delivery.

  • We cannot refund customs duties, VAT, taxes, or shipping costs charged by third parties, including shipping costs we incur shipping your parcel to you. These charges can be incurred prior to your parcel leaving our warehouse as we purchase shipping in advance- if we incur the cost of shipping your parcel prior to your request for a return any refund will be net of the shipping fee. 


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We’ll assess the issue and arrange a refund, replacement, or repair where appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Preloved items 

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalised products


Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred size/colour/product..


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must meet the eligibility criteria above. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.


Refund Processing

  • We’ll email you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
